After getting rear ended, and my first auto body incident I ask around who to take my car to for repair. Gerber came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They were so professional and kept me updated on the progress of the work. When I picked up my vehicle, I checked everything before I left the parking lot. They did an outstanding job on the bodywork. They assured me if I had any problems to contact them. The communication was good, the car looked good and I would hate to have to return again due to an accident but I would hands down return for bodywork.

Most people know automobile accidents are hard to deal with for so many reasons. When dealing with auto repair it's great to know I don't have to worry about who to go to anymore. I am unfortunate in repeatedly being hit by negligent drivers, and once again I found myself needing my vehicle repaired. It's great to know I didn't have to second guess on who I was going to for those repairs. Upon contacting Gerber Collision I once again was met with the awesome team Amie - Service adviser, and Josh - the repair specialist. Again they both personally went over the repairs they would conduct, got me taken care of in record time (keeping me informed on each step of this process), and the repairs once again rivaled factory specs. I had no doubt that once again they would go above, and beyond in repairing my vehicle damage, and more. They even ... weeks later took care of a repair on a product they put on my truck from a prior accident (mobility scooter ramp). Most repair shops would say it was a factory product issue, and for you to contact the factory for repair. I know if you have the need for vehicle repair you won't find a better facility when it comes to price, efficiency, customer care, cleanliness, vehicle security, and professionalism. read more

I had two different repairs done from two different accidents at this location. I had no issues making up my mind to go back to this location based on the first treatment & repairs. I never had to wait to get my truck in, they kept me updated by text & phone each stage of repair, worked with each insurance company on estimates, and assisted me on getting my rental vehicle returned. I can't say enough good things about the service adviser Amie, and body repair man Josh. Both had contact with me to insure my concerns would be met, covered any questions I had, and insured me they wouldn't be happy unless I was. Not only did they repairs show this to the fullest, but they went above, and beyond. My truck even got a full detail each time it was repaired. I have seldom seen such polite, prompt, courteous, concerned, dedicated people in ... such industry, and with such a clean facility. I hope I don't ever have to have anymore damage repaired, but if I do I have no question it will be this location. I will also refer my friends & family to this location. read more
