These guys are great! My repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but that's only because the replacement door arrived with the wrong hinges, and then they wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. They even saved a bit of the paint so that I could address an older mishap that I had never put in a claim for. I'm really impressed, and should I ever need a repair again (which I really hope I don't), this is where I'm going.

The most courteous and kind customer service. After trying many different ways & searched for help in trying to loosening the screw that hold my old license plate; my last hope was to stop by Gerber. With enthusiasm they were able to unscrew and replaced the old license plate with the new. Gerber was heaven sent with unconditional excellent customer service.

Had a backing accident in parking lot, they painted rear bumper and it looks like a factory paint job. Albert the estimator was courteous, efficient and had me scheduled quickly for the repair. I'm taking my 2014 truck in for repairs in Sept. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Palm Bay!
