I did a survey earlier that was in reference to my experience with Enterprise not Gerber Collision. I had a great experience with Tom and Tiffany at this location. My car looks great. They did a wonderful job. I will recommend them to my friends and family. The team kept me informed of my repair time frame and I got my car earlier than the estimated time. Great job Gerber!

The body work Gerber performed was perfect! The paint of the repaired area blends seamlessly with the rest of my vehicle. In my first visit Alan explained exactly what repairs would be done and how the process worked; then he followed up every step of the way. It's refreshing to encounter a business that understands good customer service. The consistent text messages and phone calls were great. I knew the progress of my repair were making at every phase. I'm telling everyone I know what a great job they did.

I had an excellent experience while getting my car repaired. Was pleasantly greeted by Teri at the reception desk. I didn't have an appointment and I came on there busiest day, however Jason made exception and worked me into the schedule. I greatly appreciated that because I only have one day off to do my business. The paper work went fast and they quickly called Enterprise to get me a rental. The repair took 2 days and I got the same great customer service upon my return. I will recommend Gerber and return if ever I need glass or body work. You have good qualified people working for you.
