The scariest experience turned out to be an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, to the quick check-in and inspection, to the friendly staff (TIFFANY!!!) and check-out... it was all way easier than I expected. And way less scary. I thought my brand new car was ruined forever, but this shop worked their magic and lived up to their 10/10 reputation. I highly recommend this company and this location specifically. I was driving around all morning looking for a place to replace my passenger side mirror. No one could help me. I stopped Gerber Collision and Tiffany Demarest immediately helped me out. She went to get a technician and within minutes they returned and put the mirror on free of charge. Fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend this place for your automobile needs. The service quality, professionalism, and speed in which I was given was amazing. After I filed my claim through the Geico mobile app last Saturday and it recommended this company, I immediately scheduled an appointment for 11/22/2017 @ 9:40am. I arrived promptly for my appointment and I was welcomed by Alice & Tiffany and they took care of my car immediately. Later that very same day the damage to my car was repaired and ready for pickup in the afternoon. I was totally surprised that this was done so quickly in 1 day and they notified me to pick up my car. The service provided by Tiffany, Alice, and the repairman (I didn't get his/her name) was phenomenal!!! I will definitely recommend this place to any who asks!!!
