From the time I started with these guys all the way to the time I drove my car away, it was an AWESOME experience! I personally work as a customer service manager for a major online distributor and I am thoroughly impressed with the team Gerber has at this location. Tina was the first person I dealt with because I had to call her to get the process going. She was more than helpful in making sure I had all information I needed, and was VERY patient with me while I tried to figure out which insurance company I would be able to go through (at first it was mine, but once we caught the guy who left the scene of the accident it switched to his). From there, I dealt with Bob and Silvio. Most of the process was done with Silvio, with Bob willing to answer any questions I had while Silvio was on the phone or helping anyone else. Every single thing ... that Silvio said would be done for me was done and he and the entire team here went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had to get the whole passenger side of my car re-done AND my front and back bumpers and it took less than 72 hours for all work to be done to full completion. Silvio was always willing to answer any extra questions I had, and even worked with me so that I could pay a little out of pocket to fix some pre-existing damage that wouldn't be covered by the others guys insurance. My Chrysler Sebring now looks better than the day I bought it and I cannot express my gratitude! I also want to add that wait times, whether on the phone or in person, were slim to none, and if I was waiting for any reason at all, I never felt "out of the loop." The text service that told me the steps of where my car was at was also a GREAT touch from a customer perspective. I never felt the need to call because information was being freely given to me. I truly so not believe that I have ever had a better customer service experience with any other business. This team took my bad experience of being a victim of a hit and run, and turned it into a positive by returning to me a vehicle that I can once again be proud to drive. Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great repair service I received. As you may remember, I walked in without an appointment, you were clearly busy at your desk… you moved everything aside…greeted me… and wrote and estimate of repair while I waited… It was a relatively small repair $1200 from bug damage… but I was impressed. I was paying cash and I think you were surprised that I agreed to the service on the spot. Scheduled and appointment… I brought the car in… you were always easy to get in contact with… I got daily updates… and I received a fine paint job… to my hood and bumper, matching my 7 year old paint on my Lexus…. and when I was about to pick up my car… you and the manager were not 100% satisfied with the detail work … and you asked to have a bit more time with it… Just to make me 100% happy… I had no Idea what to ... expect from the delay … and the end result “Perfect”… If I ever need a major repair… I feel I can trust you to get the job done right. read more

Just following up by email as I said I would. Your team did a great job on the repairs on my 2000 Mazda Protege; not only can't you tell that there was ever any damage, but the paint on the quarter panel and blending on the front door matches the existing paint so well, you can't tell it is a new job. I plan to use Gerber when the time comes to finally repaint the roof and hood of the car. The new lock is working well; at times it is a bit stiff and feels a little hard to turn to lock/unlock - but not to the extent of the old lock. I'm assuming that this is from it being a new lock, but if it persists I may stop by Gerber to have you take a look to see if anything needs adjustment.

I recently brought my vehicle in for body work after a vandalization incident. This facility did an excellent job! When they finished, my vehicle looked better than before it was damaged. I dealt mostly with George at this location, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he kept me in the loop with regard to the status of the work. George and the rest of the employees at this location went above and beyond what I expected! I was pleasantly surprised when George pointed out the extra things his team had done to get my vehicle looking fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and quality work.
