Kyle provided me with the best service (and the only pleasurable auto body experience) I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, I have been to more auto body's than I would like to admit in my life time and I will now be recommending everybody I know to Gerber Collision in Orlando. I can't recommend Kyle's service enough. My car went in the shop with considerable damage and was supposed to take two weeks to fix (atleast). From the moment I dropped my Nissan off, he explained exactly what would be done and answered my barrage of questions thoroughly. I left feeling like I was in good hands-- and the service only continued. -Kyle called me regularly to check in and give me updates as to what was going on with my vehicle. (I wasn't left guessing as to what was going on, NOT ONCE) -I got my car back over a week before it was supposed to be ... done -Kyle and team had completely cleaned, vacuumed, and basically detailed my entire vehicle (INSIDE AND OUT) -Upon pickup, Kyle thoroughly explained everything that had been done, thanked me for my service, and sent me on my way -He dealt directly with my insurance company the whole time, and I didn't have to play the middle man like I had in the past - When the bumper was taken off there was additional damage to the frame which Kyle and team handled accordingly and still got my vehicle back to me in half the time it was supposed to take! (SAVING me a considerable amount of money on my rental fees!) I can't thank Kyle and the Team enough! Thanks a bunch! read more

Kyle was great! He had my car fixed in less than 24 hours and it looks as good as new. This was my first accident and first repair on my car, I could not be happier with the service. What a disaster! This was a progressive insured caused the crash I took my car to a progressive shop (not GERBER) and they repaired the body work only there was mechanical problem with my vehicle and they wouldn't help me at all pretty much told me to go awayita not related! I called my insurance USAA they told me to take it to Gerber I walked in fustrated and angry and Tina was there to help me with everything she assured me that they would take care of everything and help me out the best they could what a life saver she was, then she handed me off to Mark who was amazing got my car back today all fixed and i owe it all to the people who actually took time to help me Thank you very much Mark and Tina you guys were amazing!!!

Excellent customer service - polite and professional. Great attention to details of the repair and willingness to make a final adjustment on the alignment of the lift gate and a cleaning of some tape residue on the back window. Thank you for addressing these concerns to my satisfaction. It was done so with an apology and quick response to "making it right" while I waited. I would recommend Gerber Collision without hesitation.
