Wow!!! Our insurance company suggested someone else. I read their reviews and called our insurance company back and told them to find someone else. They gave us Gerber Collision and Glass. I read their reviews. All of which were glowing. AND TRUE!! Our experience was exactly what people said, Wonderful! Painless! and EASY! Nybia took wonderful care of me and the Red Dragon (our Nissan Xterra). This is my first auto accident and someone hit us from behind. We were able to leave it on a Friday and picked it up on Thursday (although it was ready on Monday. It was washed and vacuumed and sparkling. I drove away and heard a rattling noise. Took it straight back and they fixed the muffler that was bumping the new trailer hitch. Thank you so much personally to Nybia and Catherine and the entire staff. I give the service rendered 5 stars and appreciate the "keeping in touch" manner with which they told me the progress of the work being done. Joseph called me every other day as I was most anxious to get my car back. This was my second time using their facility and once again I was very happy with their work.

Gerber did a great job on my Mini Cooper. The receptionist, Catherine and estimator, Nybia were very helpful and went over and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. They were always ahead by a couple of steps. My car was as clean as a whistle when i picked it up. The work done to repair my Mini was superb. If I ever need this type of work done again, I will call Gerber, and refer them to anyone I know who needs a reliable body shop. Thank you.

Great professional service by all the Gerber Staff. The office staff took the stress out of handling an un-pleasant situationI do not know all the staff names but they were equally pleasant and professional to deal with. The repair/shop people did a very fast and excellent repair job on my vehicle. All should be praised for representing your company in such a professional manner. I will definitely call on you should I ever need your services in the future. I might add, some time back I used your same location to make repairs on my vehicle and the services were equal in all aspects to the recent job you completed for me. On a personal note, I would like to compliment your estimator(Nybia M.)and office lady (Cathy?) ---they were super to work with. Thank you for your services.

The Gerber employees were very polite, professional and efficient in every way. I was explained what the process was going to be, maximum time limit, and cost. The Response Center called on the day I delivered the vehicle for repair and explained what they had done and would be done. They called the next day and said the repair had went well and that I could pick the vehicle up on day 2. I would recommend the Service Center in every case and I appreciate their professionalism.

This company did an excellent job, the car looks awesome. Joseph was excellent to deal with, very understanding and helped us with the insurance company by talking on our behalf. Finally Gerber replacedthe radiator, which initially the insurance company had denied to pay for it. We highly recommend Gerber Collision, they are professionals.
