This past Monday on my birthday some unknown selfish person scratched my beautiful Black 2013 Mustang GT. Obviously annoyed about what happened it needed to be fixed ASAP. While actually looking for another shop I passed by Gerber Collision on Forsythe Road in Orlando. Figuring what the heck it's just a quote I took the chance and walked in. The shop was neat and professional and the receptionist was a sweet heart and immediately put me in contact with David an Estimator with Gerber Collision. We looked at the damage, talked over some options and within minutes I received a phenomenal quote. There was no B.S just straight talk. David was AWESOME!!!!!!! Gerber was able to start on the work the next day. The car was brought in on Weds and the work was expected to be done by that Friday. To my delight the car was ready Thursday. Though I was ... not able to pick up the car David made arraignments for me to pick up the car on Friday. I was in and out of the shop in 10 minutes and the car was perfect. My wife always says things happen for a reason and I always say trust your gut. Well there was a reason why I could not find the other shop because it was not meant to be. So in trusting my gut I saw Gerber Collision and walked through the door. I am extremely happy that I did. My car looks great, service was awesome , everyone was so nice , so professional and very personable. Should the need arise I wont go anywhere else. I took my car to be repaired to GERBER COLLISION on Forsyth Rd. in Orlando. That proved to be an excellent decision. The personnel I was in contact with (Rose, Catherine & Gus were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I received a time schedule and every 3 days I was informed on the progress of the repair. Nice touch! The car was repaired to my complete satisfaction and ahead of schedule. Dealing with the GERBER personnel is a pleasure. They are happy, professional people who try to please and deliver a good product. They accomplished it, in my case, 100%. I will highly recommend their Company. We were absolutely thrilled with Gerber. Most companies offer mediocre customer service at best. I am being totally honest when I say, we have not been treated as courteously for years, as we were with Gerber! From the initial phone inquiry to the final wave goodbye - excellent! Great job guys, thank you for a wonderful experience! Oh, and the car looked as though it had been treated to an expensive valet service.....wow!!

I was referred to Gerber by a friend, he said they did great work and would be fair. My experience was even better than that! My daughter needed her car repaired before she returned back to College, which was in 3 days. I worked with David, who not only met the time sensitive requirement-and beat it by a day~which I know is unheard of, but he quoted me a fair price, and explained everything to me fully. My daughter is back at school, with a car that looks great! Gerber has a new fan! I will pass along the recommendation to anyone who is looking for a collision repair facility!

My truck was hit from behind and I took it to Gerber for repair and they did a fantastic job on the repairs. They went above and beyond my expectations. It looks like a brand new truck again. Many thanks to the entire staff for their help in repairing the dent in my 2015 Honda Accord. I truly appreciate the professionalism in dealing with this issue. The manager, Fernando was particularly helpful when he learned I had a similar incidence with the rental car I was using for the 24 hours it took to repair my car. He made what started as a really bad day it to a very thankful one.
