This collision facility is wonderful. The staff was greeted me with warm and friendly smiles, front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful she broke down the cost and repairs in terms that I understood, they also contacted me with updated information from start to finish of repairs, they went above and beyond to paint my mirror even though it was not part of the repairs. Gerber on southwest highway deserves to be honored for the excellent service that was provided to me, I highly recommend them to everyone. I just had my car repaired at the Orland Park location on Southwest Why. WHAT A CREW!! From the minute the first person calls you after your insurance company calls them, your company really pampers your customers!!! They go above beyond what is expected of them. They have a rental car at this facility when you bring your car in for repair. (That's a first!) It's great not to have to worry about getting someone to pick you up, take you to the rental car place, etc.!!! They always give you updates on progress & then to top it off, my auto was repaired perfectly & ready for pickup 2 days early. Bill G. is a GEM!!! He definitely goes above & beyond the call of duty!!
