I did not have an insurance claim but this particular Gerber Collision Center handled my requests professionally by explaining everything to expect and I felt the prices were reasonable.

The staff was always courteous, prompt and communicated well. They promised my vehicle would be restored back to its original condition and it drives and looks great! I'm so glad to have my SUV again and thank them for their most satisfactory work and care toward this grateful customer!

Awesome service right from the beginning. They called regularly with updates and had my car ready in about half the time they estimated. The work was top quality, and they even cleaned the whole car inside and out. Plus Enterprise Rent a Car was right next door, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

i had my daugghters car fix at another shop and there were a couple of pieces coming off from the other shops bad repair..james came out loked at it and asked if i had a few minutes and he could get it taken fix right then.he came back out with a few tools and before we knew it he had fix all the problems we had and woudl not take any money for it .he said since we did not have a good go around with the other shop he wanted to make sure we knew that one bad egg does not spolier the rest...he could have changed me anything but he was honest and i will never take a car anywhere else.....thank very much james

Ron did an excellent job keeping me updated on my car! I brought my car in Tuesday and they had it ready for me by Thursday! They did an awesome job with the repair and my car came back beautiful! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough EXCELLENT things about my experience with Gerber Collision in Owasso, OK. The whole experience from the day my vehicle was taken to them to the day we got to pick it up has been nothing but WONDERFUL and EXCELLENT from everyone we spoke to on the phone to everyone we met in person. They allowed my husband to view the vehicle durning it's repair process and called us during it's repair with frequent updates advising us the status of the vehicle. The customer service was beyond EXCELLENT with everyone we had contact with, The vehicle was picked up today and looks OUTSTANDING.
