OK - 701 W Freeport St, Broken Arrow - 11/30/12

My car was towed to Gerber by my insurance company. My claim has not been settled yet and the car still sits at Gerber while I wait for my insurance company but I wanted you to know that working with Gerber and Rod Seago imparticular has been a really great experience. My car is a total loss, thankfully my son is o.k. I just can't get over how super nice everyone at Gerber has been and Rod went out of his way to keep me informed and has just been fabulous to work with. I will reccomend Rod at Gerber every chance I get and if I ever need anything for any of my vehicles that is where I will be going.

I was very impressed with how fast my vehicle was fixed. Ron called a few times to keep us up to date with the progress of my Juke and it looks fantastic! Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with! I would recomend them to anyone!!

We had an excellent experience with Ron and the whole staff at the Owasso, OK location. I received regular email updates and the vehicle was ready on the date they quoted. My daughters vehicle came out of repairs looking better than it was prior to the accident. They even went the extra mile to clean the inside of the vehicle -- Don't know what they used, but it smelled great! If you unfortunately have a need for collision repair, this is definitely the place you should be.

It was a pleasure to deal with Ron Allen to get my car fixed. The car had damage to the front bumper, drivers side fender and hood from a deer strike. The repair process was very smooth and timely with updates several times a week until it was finished. I really appriciated the 5 day car rental that was given to me which really helped on the weekend between the 2 week repair. The repairs took exactly the amount of time the estimator told me.

This may sound crazy but since we purchased our Honda Odyssey in May of this year, this makes the 3rd time we have had the pleasure of working with Rodney at Gerber. Once again they provided outstanding service after someone backed into the front bumper of our van. It doesn't matter if the job is big or small, the end result looks better than new.

Had a great experience & my truck looks like nothing ever happened to it. Gerber did an excellent job with putting it back to its original state. They even replaced the bug sheild which was damaged in the accident. Ron Allen was very accommodating & kept me up to date with the status of my truck twice a week. This is the second time I have used them & have been very pleased with the results both times.

Just wanted to provide my feedback. Ron and the people at Gerber Collision in Owasso did a beautiful job fixing my daughter's car. I especially appreciated the text messages keeping me up to date on the status. And the car was finished when they said it would be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed repairs.

The experience I had at Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow, OK was exceptional. They kept in constant communication with me on the status of my car and also helped me deal with a few insurance kinks I ran into along the way. They were at all times professional and kind in a sincere way; I was treated like a valued customer. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the body work, paint match, and also the extra bonus of having the interior cleaned with a better detail job than when I bought it used! Excellent, excellent, excellent!
