I was impressed with the courtesy of the telephone lady. She didn't get frustrated when I had her repeat what she was saying several times. It wasn't her lack of ability to speak. It was my inability to hear. I wear hearing aides and I still have difficulty hearing. Bless her heart.The "guy" employees were super fun. They laughed at my attempt to be humorous when I told them they were my new best friends. That was because they were young and cute. They found a crack in one of my door panels. That extended the time that my service would be complete. I told the guy that if he didn't have my car finished by Friday, he would have to drive me to Oklahoma City. He sounded fine with that until I told him I didn't think my husband would want me to share a hotel room with my new best friend a Gerber employee. I had to be in Norman. The ... home of the O.U. These folks are so sweet! I had just bought a Honda CRV that had been hit from behind & the back gate was not lined up. So i dropped it off for an estimate. They were so great! They gave an inspection & fixed it WITHOUT CHARGING me anything!!! All the staff are very friendly & anxious to help. That greatly Blessed me! Thank you Gerber Collision in Claremore! Very nice, helpful and everyone showed high quality customer service. My car got in quickly and got out in a reasonably time. My estimator Song, explained everything on my repairs. He called to let me know progress and was always there if I had a question. My car looks great. Thank you Gerber.
