There was no need to constantly contact the shop while my car was being fixed! I received texts and phone calls with updates. I didn't need to worry about what was going on with my car while I was driving a rental car. The estimate was given for 6 days, but it only took 4 days. I was amazed by the customer service from the beginning when I received an estimate until the time I picked up my car.!

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Claremore!! They were very friendly from the time I walked in the door! They repaired an estimate in a timely manner and were able to start repairs shortly after. They also helped to make arrangements for a rental! Not only were they able to get me in fast but my car was fixed w/in the time frame given and I was frequently update on the repair status of my car without having to call them to ask. I was very satisfied w/ the body work and paint job that was done! I will defintely be recommending this shop to everyone I know!!

My visit to Gerber collision was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. They even took my car right then as I arrived to the shop to look at. I was advised of my problem with in minutes and was even told they would fix it for no charge to me since it was simple and easy. I will tell all my friends and family to go see them. I used the claremore location but will recommend any location!!! Thank you so much you guys are great!!!

I have had 2 cars repaired at this location. They are Tops in my book and keep you informed an do a great job on your car as well. Shawn is the man you will usually speak with and he really goes out of his way to please you an do what needs to be done to you car. Excellent work and communication!
