The gentleman who handled my repair claim (Tommie D.) was extremely professional and courteous. He took all the stress of a claim out of the equation. I would definitely recommend using Gerber Collision Owasso.

There service was outstanding. They even took me home after I dropped my vehicle off for repair ! They had kept me informed on the progress of the repair as well and I had forgot my coupon for the $100 dollar off my collision repair and they went that extra mile to get me one that I could use and not have to go all the way back home to get it !!! I would recommend Gerber to anybody who needs body repair they did a very professional job !

This was the 2nd time I have had to get my car fixed after an accident. Gerber not only did a great job but their staff was very courteous and prompt on everything. They gave me an estimte of how long my car would take to repair and it was done right on schedule. I had a very favorable experience working with Tommy D. @ Gerber Collision in Owasso, OK. He greated me very pleasantly each time I went to the dealership and was prompt in returning my phone calls related to my collision repair. He also provide sound advice on resolving my claim promptly through the other party's insurance provider. The repairs to my vehicle were fairly extensive as a result of my accident. The entire process of securing estimates, to ordering parts, to getting the repairs scheduled into production was seamless and done in a reasonable time period. The quality of the collision repair work is excellent. I would highly recommend Gerber's to any of my friends or co-workers.

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision. Estimator Tommie D. found a dent in our car that wasn't in the photographs he took when we brought it in. He had the dent repaired at no cost to us.
