I only owned my car for two months before someone hit the rear of my 2012 Nissan Sentra. Their insurance, USAA, took care of setting up the claim appraisal with my local Gerber Collision of Owasso. I was very apprehensive with the whole process as this was the first time in 22 years of driving that I've had to get one of my vehicles repaired after a fender bender. Gerber Collision of Owasso helped to ease the tension with their great customer service, communications, and detailed explanations. To start with I work full time during the weekdays so taking a few hours off during a weekday to get an appraisal was not an option. Gerber Collision of Owasso had me come in on Saturday morning to get my repair appraisal done. That was very much appreciated. Then when I decided to have Gerber Collision of Owasso perform the repair of my rear ... bumper, they kept in constant contact via text messages to my phone of the repair status. They were able to get the parts replaced, and bumper repaired back to factory new. Really, I was very pleasantly surprised at how the bumper looks just like it did when we bought the car. The car is gloss black and any waves or poor repairs would easily be visible. Gerber Collision of Owasso made the bumper repairs perfect. It does not matter what angle I view the repair area, I cant see any blemish. They gave me a detailed parts and service breakdown paper to show me what they did and that USAA would be paying for the repairs and parts, not me. The car was even detailed when I picked it up. That is going the extra mile. And the fact that Enterprise Rent-a-car is right next door just made it so convenient to drop off my car at Gerber Collision of Owasso and walk next door to pick up the rental car and get to work with minimal time lost. So I can highly recommend Gerber Collision of Owasso for auto body collision repair. Don't waste your time and gas money driving to Tulsa when you can get trusted quality auto body repair here in Owasso. I give them AAAAA+ rating. We have been in to see Gerber Collision once in Oct 2014 and again in Jan 2015. Each time we received Exceptional customer service. We would get updates often about the progress of the car which was appreciated. We were told a time frame each time and they had the car ready way before they said it would be finished and every time the car looks fantastic! Tommie D. is who has helped us each time we've been in and he will step outside and go over what they did, what they replaced etc... He will stay and talk to us, ask any question we may have and will not leave until we are satisfied which every time we are... I am very grateful for the group of people working at the Owasso location. The guys working on the vehicles do a fantastic job and should be told that all the time.. Thanks again for everything
