I would like to said THANKS to Heather because she solved my issues regarding my car being repaired from this location. She willing to gets in touch with me and listens to me why I wasn't satisfied with my repaired. She's allows me to schedule at my convenience to brings my car back to gets it redone. She even called me and lets me know the car is ready to pick up and make sure I am 100% satisfied before I takes my car home. After I saw my car, I was amazed and was very satisfied. She went beyond to makes sure I am completely satisfied. I would definitely coming back here if my car needed anything redone in the future. I would definitely recommended this place because of Heather. Everyone there is very friendly. Thanks you again.

Oh my gosh the service was excellent. From the wonderful ladies handling the calls and payments to Shawn who explained everything in detail to me. I had my SUV back in 2 1/2 days. If you ever needs this type of service I highly recommend Gerber. They couldn't have been more efficient and had exceptional customer service. Thanks to all. My CRV looks great.

Could not be more pleased with the repair to my "baby" a 2012 Scion IQ. She looked showroom spectular when Gerber finished the repairs after the accident! I was very concerned since since these cars are no longer made & was not sure if Gerber could find the parts needed for repair. They kepted me updated via text on progress of repairs & date of pickup. Gerber even cleaned the inside of my car! Wow, never expected that! I pray she never suffers another accident but if she does, I know where I will go again. Much thanks, Gerber Collision!

The driver's side mirror on our 2006 BMW 525i was hit and smashed while driving. Gerber found a used mirror to reduce the repair cost and painted it and repaired the mirror to look like new. Very happy with the results!

Working with Kyle and Miranda at Gerber in Fairfield was great. I found Gerber via State Farm's list of partnered shops, and was impressed by the amount of certifications they had listed. I also liked that I could book my estimate appointment online, and that same week. Other shops were scheduling estimates for multiple weeks out. Kyle was upfront and honest with me during the whole process, and contacted me with updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays as initially promised. I also used the website to follow the status of the work. I don't think that most shops offer that level of sophistication for tracking. The repair was finished over a week faster than the estimate, and looked fantastic. There wasn't any major damage to fix, but there were several spots with paint issues, and they made sure to get them all right. At first I felt silly ... bringing my car in for an insurance fix on what is essentially purely cosmetic, but I think I will be glad that I did for years to come. read more

We have USSA for our car insurance , and wasn't sure about this car repair place , because we always us crestview auto body repair place , but Gerber did in excellent job i fixing our car , i was very please how they fixed and cleaned it up very niceley! I would recommend them to my family and friend's!
