Fantastic service at this relatively new location. Ben (manager) was friendly, courteous and had great communication skills. Exec assistant at the desk was equally great. The service took a bit longer than expected but only because parts were not as available from Honda as we expected. Car came back immaculate...I mean...it looked NEW. I think(?) they even touched up a few knicks on the sides of the car (my damage was to the hood and grille). They detailed the whole car on return. Completely clean, inside and out. Not sure if that was standard, but it sure was appreciated. Highly recommended!

I would never take my car to any other collision and glass company. Gerber not only does five star work.( I've had my jeep there three times.) they are efficient, friendly, personable, and keeps you up-to-date on what's going on and how the repairs are going. They also will have a rental for you if you need it. And the work is done on time. They work very well with my insurance company. I have absolutely no issues when I pick my car up. They definitely are the best.!

from initial contact with Gerber rep for estimate to completion of work was 3 days. Work was excellent and they handled all contact with insurance company. Can't ask for better customer care than that. Wish all companies handled business like they do

2nd time having to use this company! They did a great job and made sure to update me every Tuesday and Thursday. The job was completed in the 2 week timeframe. They worked with the insurance company to make sure payment was secure. Before getting approved to have the work done, they did a estimate appointment that was thorough! If you're in the Akron area, I would recommend going with Gerber Collision!

The service I received from "Gerber Collision and Glass" in Youngstown Ohio was excellent! The staff is kind and courteous. The repairs were amazing and they returned my car cleaner than when I brought it in. It has been the best service I have received in a very long time!!!

I had a dent in my side door for 3 years and decided to have it fixed. This was self pay and Gerber beat other named collision sites by 20%. They did an excellent job and even found a small dent and fixed it with just a small extra charge.

I was informed that Gerber - North Olmsted - Ohio was excellent at collision repair. From the moment I walked in the door your could see the office was very clean and organized. The office staff was very welcoming. I was introduced to Anita the Office Manager who set an appointment with Adam my Estimator. Both Anita and Adam were outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Adam went over the estimate and took the time to explain any questions I had. Anita scheduled me for the repair and offered several dates. The work performed by the body shop staff was amazing. I would recommend gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of repair.
