My experience at Gerber in Oak Lawn, Illinois exceeded my expectations. It took only 5 days for my car to be repaired after my accident. The staff provided constant updates as to the status of my repairs . A car accident is a very stressful experience but Gerber made the process pretty easy.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, they walked me through everything including rental vehicle. The appraisal was perfectly explained and the cost to repair was exact. I'm a senior citizen with a husband who is bedridden so everything falls on me to handle which is new to me. Gerber Collision made my experience so much easier.
