I had a great experience at this location. Not only was everyone extremely friendly, but they really showed they cared and were trying to do the best for you and for your convenience. I had brought my car in for minor repairs for a fender bender I was in and I was given a rental car, free of charge for myself and my two children, and my car took less than 24 hours to repair. When I picked up my car, it was all washed, windows were all hand cleaned, and they even vacuumed my car out. Not even the ford dealer will do this when you ge repairs done. I would definitely refer people I know here. Don was a great estimator, and this was definitely hassel free. My car looks like new. The interior was cleaned, the tires were cleaned, the battery in the remote start was changed and they delivered the car to by job. Wow, totally unexpected. Mike Ambriz was great.

They were phenomenal! I couldn't believe how comfortable and confident I was, leaving my car with them. They contacted me daily to update me, as to what they completed on my car. I have never experienced such service from an auto facility. I have no doubt that I will use them in the future, should I need to. I also know that I will pass this info on to family and friends. I would recommend anyone I come into contact with to have their vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass. This is my first experience and hopefully my last. However, if I had an unfortunate incident again in which damaged is caused to my vehicle, Gerber Collision & Glass will be first on my list. After this wonderful and pleasant experience, I would not trust my vehicle to any other company to repair. Thank you all so very much for an awesome JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!
