I had to use Gerber twice within these past couple of months to fix two seperate vehicles. I have never had such outstanding service that truly catered to my every need. The receptionist was extremely helpful with finding me a vehicle for the time being and the loaner service was there before Romeo was done explaining to me the damage done to my car. Also, the notifications via text messages was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on my vehicle and quite funny too. Romeo possessed tremendous amount of knowledge and people skills that made this experience even easier to go through. I will use Gerber for any of my car issues and would HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone due to the service I've received.

RE claim # 140112068 Customer service at this facility is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and most courteous. Romeo was great to work with. Quality of the work done was very satisfactory. I'd recommend Gerber to anyone in need of paint repair and or body work on their vehicle.

Romeo was the best, he did a wonderful job on the bumper, he did a wonderful job at answering our questions and helping us with anything we needed!! The whole team at Gerber was AMAZING, all very nice and sweet! I am going to recommend you guys to everyone I know! This was a stress-free environment, and kept us very calm and in the loop of what was going on. I give you guys a 200 out of 100. Best company I have ever dealt with.
