I was very impressed with Don, my service rep at Gerber. He called me every week and gave me an update on my car plus I received text messages each week with the progress. Don was very friendly and helpful. My car was done before the estimated completion date and the repairs were great. My car looks like new. I would recommend Gerber to everyone. I was in an accident on 9/13 brought my car the next day to Gerber and had it back two weeks later. Had to replace the whole back end of my vehicle, I picked it up this morning and looks brand new. The people at this location were great, I received a call from Sam on Tuesdays and Thursdays to keep me up to date on repairs I did not have to bother them. If GOD forbid I ever get into an accident again I would not hesitate going back to Gerber and I would highly recommend them to anyone. One of the best things is because they were talking to a woman they did not talk down to me like most places would. Thank you Gerber.
