When the truck hit my car, I was so torn. I was referred to Gerber Collision for the repairs. Gerber promised me that my car would look exactly like it was before the accident. They promised me that they would take good care of my car. They promised me to keep in contact regarding progress on the repairs. They promised that the paint would be well blended. They promised that I would have nothing to worry about. Gerber kept every single promise. They fixed my car. They were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding whenever I called with questions. Gerber eased my apprehensions. I'm so grateful for all of their hard work. Ed worked on my auto and he did great work They also kept you informed about the progress, which was nice. When told about the lifetime guarantee that made my day. The young woman who gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained the estimate in detail and presented the options available to me in a way that I could understand. At time of pick up, she explained the charges, how to care for the car in the next 30 days, and my options if I have questions going forward. I don't remember her name but I think she is Hispanic. Super professional.
