This place is amazing! They kept me informed every step of the way and even finished my car 3 days ahead of schedule! Josh was really patient with my million questions and walked me through everything. He did a fantastic job fixing my car! Nancy was really sweet and super helpful getting the rental and making feel completely comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone who needs car repairs!

Overall experience has been very good. It took about two days after the accident to schedule an estimate. Unfortunately the estimate had to be scheduled for three weeks later. Once the estimate occurred, it would be another 5 weeks before the work could begin. Once I dropped the truck off, I received a text saying that the completion date would be about three weeks out. There was constant communication from the shop once they received the vehicle and began work. About 4 days after I dropped off the truck, I received a text and a phone call saying that, unless they ran into any problems, the truck would be ready tomorrow. The truck was ready as promised and the work is really good. I have one electrical problem that will take about 8 or 10 starts to figure out if it was repaired but so far, so good.

Five stars for Gerber Collision & Glass Rocky Mount (only because we couldn't give more)! After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident). The Gerber team repaired it all, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and got everything back to fully working order - as good as new! The car looks fantastic and handles great after the repair. ...
