I was rear-ended in my Toyota HIghlander. I took it to Gerber Collision and was treated like I was their only customer! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! When I received my vehicle, I was amazed at the work. It was absolutely perfection! Hopefully I don't have any more repairs needed, but if I do I will definitely reach out to them again!!!

The repairs seem great. The paint was matched exceptionally well. The communication throughout was excellent. It's the best I've experienced w a shop and I used to be an adjuster/estimator. Jane at the front desk was GREAT. she's an asset to your company. And the estimator, Kayla, was gorgeous. Yeah I said it. But it's true! ????

Had a deer run into our brand new truck, only 10 thousand miles on it. We were just sick. The dee took out both diver side doors. Dreaded having to go through all the hassle of dealing with insurance claims, body shops and car rental. But Gerber and our insurance company were awesome. We were told exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. And the bonus was we never had to call and check the status. We were sent text messages every step of the way. AND Gerber made it super easy to return our rental car. I was ble to drop my car and pick up our truck all without having to find someone to help me drop off/pickup. Definitely will use Gerber again. And highly recommend Gerber. Thank you to the individual in the body shop for the fabulous job on the repair. It looks just like new.
