They replaced my rear bumper that someone hit in the parking lot while I was working. Their insurance company was progressive and because they were honest and came into my work to tell me what happened, their insurance paid for the repair. Everyone at this Gerber location was great. Very polite, explained everything, did a quick and excellent job. I would highly recommend this location.

My car was repaired ahead of estimated time, this location has all friendly staff from the moment you walk in. I give big kuddos to Daniel C. for being so informative in what the actual damage was done to my car. Also sent updates which was cool. When I picked up my Nissan from Repair the rear bumper looked phenomenal, the paint job matched perfectly with the rest of my car. Definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs repair. I provided before and after pictures.

Great service, respect and communication!!! I am a very fussy person and I am totally satisfied!!! Dan especially, but Chris also were great. Keeping me informed through the whole process. As far as the quality of work I would say a 9.9(I never give 10's). Class operation. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do they are the ones.
