The repairs were done earlier than anticipated. The communication specifically from Pat was outstanding! They made a difficult situation much better! The repairs look terrific! The staff at Gerber Collision of 15 Elmgrove Park in Rochester, New York go above and beyond putting the customer first by paying close attention to their requests to ensure they are satisfied. Approximately 2 years ago I had an accident and the collision repairs were made at Gerber Collison at 15 Elmgrove Park in Rochester, New York. Recently, I had unfortunately another accident and immediately upon filing my claim with my insurance company I knew I had to return to Gerber Collison on Elmgrove Park in Rochester, New York because the service I received in the past was top notch. When I arrived this year at Gerber Collison and was greeted by the same estimator, I had last time, Daniel C, I was relieved knowing my vehicle was in good hands and that he would go above and beyond paying close attention to significant and pertinent details ... regrading repairing my vehicle to pre-crash condition. As expected Dan took good care of my vehicle and me keeping close communication with me through the repair process and completing the repairs in a timely fashion accommodating all of my personal requests. In addition, the staff working the phones and the front desk were professional and courteous, such as when Bri took my calls when Dan was away from the desk making sure he knew I called and to have him call me back. The service at Gerber Collison of 15 Elmgrove Park in Rochester, New York earns an 11/10 in my book and I personally nominate Dan C for consideration by Gerber Collison as employee of the month. Please let him know on my behalf that I an truly grateful and thankful for all that he has done for me regarding repairing my vehicle this year and 2 years ago, and without hesitation if I need collision repairs in the future I will be returning as a loyal patron and customer of Gerber Collision.
