Took the car to Gerber because I support locally owned businesses. Upon arrival was greeted by David. He had great customer service and made you feel like it would be an easy process. We ended up needing a rental car and their partnership with Enterprise made that easy too. The car looks like new. They went above and beyond and cleaned the whole car. They stayed in touch during the entire process. I was very pleased. A plus!!!

The text message system is extremely helpful and informative, showing the progress throughout the repairs along with the expected completion date. Great service! I was told that it would take 2 days but then was informed it would be 4 days and since I had to pay for the rental car Gerber picked up the bill for the extra days! I'm very impressed and grateful for their excellent service. I will recommend them to all I know.

I would like to recognize and thank 2 of your employees who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Gerber location at 9200 Transit Rd / Amherst , NY. 14051...Their names are Chuck and Dale. My car was spray painted and I was going there to get an estimate but to my surprise the two guys were able to remove the paint from my car without it being painted.. Thank you and may God forever bless you!

Took my truck to shop on 13 Sept 2021 and was told it would done on 24 Sept 2021 and I picked it up on the 24th. It looked muck better than when I took it in and it was hard to tell that any type of repair had been done. I was updated of the progress every day by text of how things were going and if it was still on time for delivery back to me. Very satisfied with the work done and the staffs attention to my vehicle.
