As I am now a widow this accident all fell on me. Thankfully Gerber was recommended. Everyone was so helpful and kind at the front desk. Both girls explained and did everything to make this experience not stressful and very professional. My car was fixed so excellently that you would never know it was damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber.

Had a great experience with Gerber Collision in Oneonta NY. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. My mirror assembly was completely broken off and shattered, and now you could never tell that any thing even happened! The service was extremely fast as well, dropped my vehicle off after hours and received a call the next day it was completed. I also was able to drop off my rental right at the shop, so it made it convenient for me to not have to take it back to Enterprise. Thank you!!

Thank you for fixing my car!! I had drove my car into a rock not too long ago. Just a stupid and very tiny mistake that was incredibly stress inducing. The car had a minor dent in the front bumber and a scratch right above where the right headlight was located. Gerber took my car off my hands, let me go on a little vacation where I didn't need to think of driving, and when I returned it was like I had just picked up a brand new car from a dealership. I was so relieved and happy I could have cried. This is just in time for Christmas and one less thing I have to worry about. It looks beautiful inside and out. Thank you Gerber!

Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at Gerber in Watertown. The gals at the front desk were super, doing what they could to make sure I did not wait long for service. Josh was very thorough through the estimate process and explained every detail of what he would be fixing and assured me that they would be looking for any further damage once my Traverse was in the shop and torn apart. They were able to get the approval of my insurance and scheduled the service promptly. I appreciated the text updates and was truly surprised on the cleanliness of my vehicle when I picked it up. Not only was the outside of my Traverse spotless, but the inside was detailed as well. What a great experience! I would absolutely recommend Gerber of Watertown to all of my friends and family!!
