In my experience Gerber is the best. The repairs to my truck were excellent. I can't express my delight in their work and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way. The only thing that delayed the process was getting the parts for the repairs which was from no fault of theirs. I want to thank everyone involved with the repair of my truck and wish I could have given something back for their hard and diligent work to get me back on the road. After fighting with the insurance company for months, all I wanted was to get my van fixed. Everyone at Gerber was polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the repairmen. They dealt directly with the insurance company for me so I could take care of everything else. When the Gerber employees found out we wouldn't have a vehicle big enough to carry our four kids for the length of the repair, they prioritized my vehicle and did a two week estimated repair in 5 days. On top of that, they COMPLETELY CLEANED the inside of my van. This is a tall order for a van that carts around four young kids. I could not be happier with the repairs they did and would absolutely recommend them!!!
