Was very happy with the entire process from calling Gerber, repairs being done and the end result. The perople were always friendlyand helpful and I was impressed that they kept me aware of progress of repairs by text message. The damages were successfully repaired. I also liked that they helped with the process of coordinating a rental car while ours was in the shop.

I had never used Gerber before but decided to try them after hearing a recommendation. I was very pleased with the work done and how quickly the repairs were finished. I recently moved to the area and am happy I found a good car repair place.

Joe Swanson @ Gerber's in Naperville was incredibly helpful. My car was totaled but driveable, and the side view mirror was needing repair as it was dangling on the side of the car. Unfortunately, as it was totaled and we had not fully paid it off, no insurance money was going to be offered, but we could keep the car. We live in Texas and my daughter is attending a local College close to Naperville. She was driving back to school from Christmas break and was involved in an accident without injury. She took it to Gerber as it was an USAA approved facility. She was treated with care and respect and was even given a ride by Joe back to college at her dorm 20 minutes away. OMG!!I Joe and his team at Gerber exceeded my expectations. I am in the service industry. I can be very critical of service providers since this is how i earn my living. However, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the high level of service that this shop showed me through out this entire experience. They even finished my car repairs four days early. I would go back to joe in a heart beat.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received, and especially the friendly customer service I received from both Michelle at the front desk, and Joe Swantek, the General Manager. Even though I've had work done at the same shop before, and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and service in the past, Michelle and Joe knocked it out of the park this time!
