I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber in Naperville. My truck looks brand new! McKinley, Lynn, and Rick were all extremely pleasant, friendly and responsive. I hope I don't need collision repair in the future, but if I do this is definitely where I am going!

My Mazda 3 had some cosmetic damage on the front bumper and grille. It wasn't much but we wanted it buffed and painted. The estimator gave us a very fair quote and the gal at the front was very nice and hospitable. The entire process was seamless and professional. Once I received the repairs car, I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. They made it look brand spanking new and you'd never know it needed cosmetic repairs on the front. Thanks for everything you did for my Mazda. I appreciate it.

We were victims of the tornado on June 20. McKinley, Rick & Ray went out of their way to repair our windshield quickly while keeping us informed on the progress of the windshield as it was being worked on. We highly recommend them!

Unfortunately someone hit my car on a parking lot, and I needed two doors replaced. Nick was my estimator on this one, and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He is very communicative, kind, and did an amazing job. Customer service at Gerber never fails to disappoint either. The phone is answered every time, and Erin at the front desk is very kind and helpful. My car looked brand new after the work was done, more work being done now - but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience a little bit easier. :)
