They were honest, knowledgeable and friendly in helping me coordinate my repair with my insurance company. They also helped me arrange transportation back home after I dropped my car off to be repaired. I experienced a timely turnaround on my repair, and efficient communication regarding progress updates. My experience was seamless. My adjuster was Mel, and I found him to be very kind, understanding and willing to answer any questions which I asked.
