This was my first collision repair event. The intake portion was fast and painless with virtually transparent handling to the rental car location. The estimated time to repair was four (4) days. In fact, the vehicle was ready to pick up the very next afternoon. The process out (walk-around and explanations) was comprehensive. All in all, an excellent experience

I will never go to any other body shop after going to Gerber. I was sent to another body shop by my insurance company and was horrified at treatment I received. I was then sent to Gerber collision after that, and what a difference. They gave me personalized service with a smile. They are professional, courteous, and do impeccable work. I was very pleased with the service I got from Gerber Collision!! The secretary Ruth is very, very friendly and has a great personality!! I brought my Equinox there because I was rear-ended while I was stopped at a traffic light. (Thanks to Farmers Insurance for covering the total repair as I wasn't at fault! ) Bernie inspected my car and said he would have no problem getting it fixed quickly. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and received a call from Bernie on Thursday afternoon that it was all finished! I had expected that it would take them until Friday to complete the job! Bernie did an outstanding job and they even CLEANED my car before I came. Did I mention they have plenty of free water there while you are in the waiting room??! I am very pleased with staff as well as all the repair done on my Toyota. Ruth John, and Bernie were very patient with my questions and phone calls. The mechanics who worked on my car did a fine job and my car drives as quiet and as well as it did before the crash. I was especially pleased with the clean, vacuumed condition in which my car was returned to me.

Being re-ended is not a great experience, but taking my daughters car to Gerber Collision & Glass was an AWESOME experience. The experience from start to finish was both professional and courteous. Ruth, at the front desk is and was exceptionally helpful navigating me through the repair process and John S. was great to work with from the estimate until the car was returned in excellent shape. Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car.
