I was very pleased with the service I got from Gerber Collision!! The secretary Ruth is very, very friendly and has a great personality!! I brought my Equinox there because I was rear-ended while I was stopped at a traffic light. (Thanks to Farmers Insurance for covering the total repair as I wasn't at fault! ) Bernie inspected my car and said he would have no problem getting it fixed quickly. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and received a call from Bernie on Thursday afternoon that it was all finished! I had expected that it would take them until Friday to complete the job! Bernie did an outstanding job and they even CLEANED my car before I came. Did I mention they have plenty of free water there while you are in the waiting room??! I sure recommend this nice place with very nice and friendly people. My grief in June when the ... accident happened was replaced by all of this positive energy at Gerber! I am very pleased with staff as well as all the repair done on my Toyota. Ruth John, and Bernie were very patient with my questions and phone calls. The mechanics who worked on my car did a fine job and my car drives as quiet and as well as it did before the crash. I was especially pleased with the clean, vacuumed condition in which my car was returned to me.

Being re-ended is not a great experience, but taking my daughters car to Gerber Collision & Glass was an AWESOME experience. The experience from start to finish was both professional and courteous. Ruth, at the front desk is and was exceptionally helpful navigating me through the repair process and John S. was great to work with from the estimate until the car was returned in excellent shape. The fit, finish, and overall look of the car was nothing short of outstanding! I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass company for any automotive bodywork you might need done. I will also recommend both John and Ruth to my friends.

Everyone was nice and very easy to work with. Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car. He went above and beyond making my car look better than before the accident. Ruth at the front desk was always very pleasant/personable and would make you smile when she answered the phone.
