Work was completed exactly as described in estimate, and truck was returned washed and ready to go 2 days early. Process was efficient and work is guaranteed for as long as I own my truck. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Bernie was my estimator, and he was there when I checked the truck in and did the walk around when I picked it up. Very pleased with Gerber.

They did a wonderful job of repairing my fender, grill, head light and returned my car looking like nothing had happened to it. AND it was done and ready for pick-up earlier then expected. From the minute I walked into the door till the time I got my car back 2 days later, I felt like I was Gerber's most important customer. My car was ready when promised and it looks GREAT!!! I couldn't be happier! They even buffed out my ugly looking headlights even though I just went in for a bumper replacement! I'm so impressed with Gerber's customer service, that I will definitely use them again!!!

This was my first collision repair event. The intake portion was fast and painless with virtually transparent handling to the rental car location. The estimated time to repair was four (4) days. In fact, the vehicle was ready to pick up the very next afternoon. The process out (walk-around and explanations) was comprehensive. All in all, an excellent experience

I will never go to any other body shop after going to Gerber. I was sent to another body shop by my insurance company and was horrified at treatment I received.
