Thank you so much. This was a very stressful experience for me. I had 2 cars in need of body work when they were both hit by the same at the time. Gerber was right there with me and assisted me from the moment I walked into the door. Even though this process was long I was kept in the "loop" every step of the way. Thank you to receptionist for handling all the paperwork and her friendly voice and smile. Thank you to Mike I believe, he helped me clean out my one car that was unable to be fixed and he talked me through the process. Thank you to all the guys that help fix my car's "boo boo". She looks great. :) Finally, Thank you to Dave L. for all his help and assistance and knowledge to make this experience one that was a little less painful. The staff at this location is easy and very pleasant to work with. I was greeted by Robyne as I enter the door. She explained everything in a professional and courteous manner. I met Kevin J. and he told me the process of how my auto would be repaired. Kevin called me and kept me informed as to what stage they we at with my car , even when they had to reorder some parts he called to let me know what was always happening. Bryan J. who did the body work did an outstanding job. I thought I would notice a difference when I got my car back, but Bryan did such a wonderful job on it especially the bumper it looks like it went back to Ford factory for repairs.
