I'm not the best driver and it's my 4rh time here. Dave had always , always been the best. I understand the company is under new ownership but Dave is the best. Geico was awful and never sent the estimate. Dave called me directly, as gerber knows my car. And he went way beyond as Geico never sent the estimate so he called me directly as he knew my rental might go over. I have to say Dave went way over what he should have to get me my Sally Lexus back to me. Dave with Gerber is a 5 star. ThNk you Dave

I have dealt with Gerber before and it was good but with a new team and more professional attitude, it was excellent. They were pleasant and actually funny. Dave leventhaul was my ins contact and he was a plus. Very thorough and detailed. He knows his stuff m. Fran took the time to explain things even on a Friday at six. The gm Steve was helpful and stopped to explain things and give me advice about next steps. Kevin helped me too. So a big shout out to Dave L and Fran - or a wow! And a great team of pros .
