We got rear-ended on the first week of our month long holiday in Cocoa Beach. Stress beyond belief. Sherry and Mona were great to work with. Dave took charge of our car and assured us it would be taken care of, not to worry. We still worried, but for nothing. Our car was well taken care of and returned to us in great shape. The staff at Gerber's was friendly and sympathetic to our predicament. Thank you for all you did for us.

I have been to auto repair businesses over many, many years bringing a variety of cars that I have owned with a variety of repair problems. Of all that I have visited, none compare in the caring responsiveness and the ultimate quality of repair than my experience with Gerber. Back in 2014, the auto repair was known as Craftmaster Autobody of Merritt Island. I brought my 2010 SCION to the shop in June of that years. a wonderful and very talented lady, a Sherrie L., treated me with much authentic care and respect for my situation and handled the whole situation - with rental care - with the utmost professionalism. For a depressing situation as auto repair usually is, she made it hardly a worry! This time around, with the same SCION, I was both satisfied and glad to learn that Sherrie L. and the rest of the fantastic Craftmaster ... "crew" were retained by Gerber. This time around - again because of Sherrie's true caring, respect and professionalism, I was again 100% satisfied. A "Frank" also gave me respectful updates when I called and also returned messages that I had left inquiring about the status of the repair. In closing, the is no better auto repair than Gerber and the truly fantastic people there at 135 Palmetto Avenue, Merritt Island, Florida. They are always at 100%!!! read more

The quality of their work is exceptional. A friend and fellow Corvette owner recommended them and said he would not let anyone touch his Corvette other than Frank. I agree and feel the same way. My 2010 Corvette looks new where the damaged door was replaced.
