Everyone I encountered at Gerber Collision was courteous and professional. Terry H. the estimator explained precisely what the job entailed. Jean H. at the registration & check-out desk was most pleasant and professional and again explained everything on the paperwork. They were very accommodating offering to give me a ride home and also when I requested a pick up, they sent someone. The young man, Mike A. who drove me home was also very polite and Mike S. who picked me up when my car was ready was very pleasant and I enjoyed the conversation on the way back. I would recommend Gerber to anyone and I already have. I might also mention that the uniforms add to the appearance of professionalism and the office and waiting area were clean.

Superb customer service from drop off through pick up. Terry is an excellent communicator. He kept us informed of progress by phone, documented repairs with photos, and explained repairs in detail at pickup. Jean calmly and quickly organized our paperwork, explaining each sheet.The repairs were excellent. Our Kia Soul looks perfect. The car wash and vacuum was a nice touch.

Definitely 5 stars. The employees were professional and exhibited a happy persona. The rear bumper repair reflects skilled workmanship. A very pleasant surprise was the detailing done on the interior of the vehicle. My 2003 Lexus ES 300 looks almost new both inside and out. Thank you Gerber Collision.

Dave L., & Jean H. were awesome! Great service and very professional from start to finish. I even went back by a week afterwards for a follow up question and they continued the customer care after job was completed. And the work the techs did with my pearl paint was outstanding I would take another vehicle there without a second thought.

I am very happy with the service and rework that Gerber Collision gave me. The employees were very kind and curtious to me and from what I could see of others that were there also awaiting at the same time I was there. They made sure that we were always apprised of what was happening with the rental car agency while we were waiting. So all in all I would definitely refer anyone to them for any repairs to their vehicle as it was a great experience for me. Especially since I have not had as nice an experience in the past with other places. I will definitely go there in the future if I ever need any repair work to my vehicle.

Top notch from start to finish. Excellent staff. They replaced my right finder, headlight, and bumper. They even buffed out the left headlight lens so they would match. I'm beyond thrilled with the results. Thank you Gerber. I'm a customer for life.
