This is the second time I've had work done at the Merritt Island shop and both times I was extremely satisfied. Quality work, done on time and great treatment by the staff, especially Kevin J. He walked me through the whole process, kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle, and handled everything in a professional and expeditious manner. Wow!

Kevin was such a big help. Everything he told me was correct, even though my insurance told me something different. If he hadn't gone out of his way to help, I would have had to pay for my rental, and probably more of the work done. He was very courteous, helpful, and kept me informed on everything that was going on. He was right on the money for how long it would take. Rachel was very nice every time I came in and helped with the Rental Car also.

Great service! Professional and timely service to repair a headlight previously damaged in an auto accident. They were responsive and friendly. The headlight replacement arrive very quickly and they accommodated my appointment request automatically as well. They even went out of there way corrected another issue for me !
