The entire experience with the folks at Gerber Collision was easy and professional on every scale. Kelly kept me informed weekly as to the progress and the repair was finished ahead of schedule. The work was remarkable, beyond expectations in quality. It took less time than I expected. DANNY G, as my contact person, estimator, and who I believe oversaw the results, was a standout. I was kept well informed as to progress. The TECHNICIANS, who I did not meet but worked on my car, did an excellent job. KELLY AT THE FRONT DESK was also outstanding. Danny and Kelly were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and personable. They truly decreased my stress level after a moving hit and run incident to my car. Both DANNY and KELLY are standouts. I believe they are the best you can expect from any colleague or employee. Also-I used Gerber Collision Repair many years ago, with equally great results. Any change in management was well done and well chosen.
