From my first contact by the receptionist , to my assigned estimator, Leah H. ,to the repair technicians, they were all courteous, all acted in a professional manner and they were extremely helpful. Leah was always in contact with me as to the repair progress and if I had any questions she always answered them. She made a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. To date, the repairs made on my new Ford pickup are excellent and all my friends have complimented as to the repairs. You can not tell that my vehicle was damaged, it still look like its brand new.

Manager Justin G. was committed to my satisfaction and continued to work to analyze and correct a problem with a very difficult paint match until it was resolved and the job was successfully completed. He remained polite and receptive to my comments even though it became necessary to repaint potions of my red S10 multiple times. When it was finished the match was exact. I felt that Justin wanted me to ultimately have had a positive experience, and I did. I will recommend him to others when I have the opportunity. Thnx.
