My treatment at Gerber in Matteson was very good from the time you walk in the ladies at the front reception were very nice the estimator was very kind and George was very helpful he even installed my daytime running light on my escalade for me 1 out of 10 they are a 10 I would highly refer them to other people.very good customer service.

Just want to say absolutely amazing service. Was in a accident and they took care of it all. Between jorge and jim couldnt ask for better communication and finished earlier then exspected. Im very anal about my truck and they did amazing job. Would reccomend them to anyone.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima in July 2017 from Hawkinson Nissan and paid $1500 for their GlassCoat protection policy. (Dumb move!) In January, I discovered multiple scratches on the roof and hood of my car. I had no idea where they came from. Hawkinson declared that the GlassCoat basically covered "bird poop and acid rain" (their words). So, I went to Gerber Collision in Matteson and got an estimate from Jorge and decided to have them repair the scratches. In less than a week, I got my Altima back and it really looks even better than when I first bought it! They did a fantastic job! Jorge was very friendly and helpful. I walked in around 5:20 for an estimate. They typically don't take estimates after 5 however Jorge didn't turn me around he took care of me. All I needed was my license plate straighten out so no need for body work. He took care of the license plate for me free of charge and sent me on my way. Great customer I definitely recommend.
