On Friday 10-31-14 while getting gas the wind was so high that when I got out of my car the drivers door blew all the way back and damaged my door causing the drivers side door not to be able to close. On Sat 11-1-14 my wife called Gerber Collision and spoke with Mario and explained what had happened and what problem we were having with the drivers door who told her to bring the car in and he would take a look at it. When I arrived Mario was already expecting me and he began to assist me concerning this matter. With in 15 minutes Mario himself had fixed the door on the drivers side. When I asked him what would be the charge he said nothing and he began to explain to me what the problem was and what he had done to fix it. He then shook my had and I thanked him for his help. Everyone @ Gerber in Mattison , Illinois was pleasant and very friendly and helpful. Ralpheal was very helpful and attentive to my car and getting it completed and back together. I will recommend them to everyone . I am so glad I picked this store to have be the one to restore my car after it was hit in a car accident .Everyone was great from start to finish. Right now, my car is back to looking brand new and I could not be happier. Great store, great employees...Gerber is lucky to have these people working there and I can not thank them enough. I will definitely be sending friends and family to Gerber in Mattison,Illinois for vehicle repairs.

I dropped off my car late on Wednesday of this week and it was scheduled for a Thursday morning drop off. It was promised for completion on Friday but was ready for pickup Thursday evening. Great service and it saved me $40 in car rental. Excellent service from Alex or Allen.

Can not say enough, got off to a rocky start due to our insurance company, but shop manager Mario took charge and got things going. Picked up our car today, and I have to say, it looks like nothing ever happened to it. 100% satisfied, and even better car completed 3 days before projected finish date! Again I want to say THANK YOU to Mario and his team at the Matteson, Illinois shop for going above and beyond. Car looks great!!!!!!

I had a most wonderful experience with your Matteson gerberglass. My car was fixed correctly and promptly with some extra buffing just added on to make it look better. The personnel was polite, friendly and most accommodating, actually making it possible for me to drop my car off on Sunday when they are closed. This all happened in September but I'm still impressed enough to send of this high recommendation of your facility and your employees. Oh yes, and your price was lower than my other two estimates. Yeah for you and thank you so much. I've told several people of your great service.

The staff at the Matteson location all have excellent customer service skills. I was in an accident while visiting Chicago, so I was nervous about leaving my car behind. Teresa, Rafael, and Mario all took time to answer my questions, provide feedback, and even completed the work before scheduled time. I would recommend this shop to family/friends.
