I brought my car in on a Monday for some extensive collision repairs and picked it up the following Friday morning. It looked like a brand new car. Gerber Collision in Matteson, Illinois did a fantastic job. I would and will, recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that needs collision repair. The staff including Rafael G. were very friendly and courteous. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Considering the incident, I must say, it was a pleasant experience .

The service I received from Rafael G. was excellent. Him and his team fixed my right side mirror in a timely fashion and he was able to find the part to repair my center piece for the inside of my car. He also was able to un-fog my front headlights and was able to give me a good estimate on my driver side car door that need to be fix in the near future. I was very satisfied with his service and the service overall with this Matteson location. I am looking forward to coming back in the future if my car need any body work done. Once again thank you for your great service.

five stars! for Mario Pereira! He went out of his way to help me resolve an air bag warning light issue on a car that was repaired by Gerber years ago. In addition to providing outstanding direct customer service, it's obvious that he is an effective manager. Customers are served promptly and as valued persons. His staff is productively engaged. The place is amazingly clean in comparison to other shops I've dealt with. He's a real asset to the corporation!

Alex was great in helping me with my car. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a large amount of money to get some scratches painted over. He gave me an estimate. He advised me to go and buy a little bottle of paint from the dealer down the street and he would put it on. He put it on at no cost. I thought it was very nice of him to do that. Great job Alex.
