I came into the office to get an estimate on my bumper. The gentleman, who I believe was the manager, looked at my car and asked to drive it into the garage. When he was finished, he drove it back to the parking lot and took me that he bluff the scratches out. I was so relieved. I hope I don't have to come back for anything pertaining to my car, but if I do, I will certainly bring it back here. He was very nice and polite.

Regarding rear window washer repair/corroded plastic cord. I stopped by Gerber for professional advice and received excellent advice and repair service. Manager Mario analyzed my repair problem immediately and within 30 minutes, repair was completed at no charge! Both Manager and Technician were very professional and knowledgeable about my repair. This is my second time taking my truck to Gerber over the past several years for body damage. Gerber has by far the best customer service I've ever seen! I have referred a couple of other people to Gerber and we all have the same high opinion of Gerber. I initially worked with Alex who was fantastic and then I worked with Mario due to Alex being out of the office and he was also fantastic. I hope not to have much more body work to be done on my car but if I do Gerber is definitely the place I'll go :)!!!
