I had not been in an accident in over 20 years. Didn't even remember what to do. Everything has come so far since then! Contacted Gerber within a couple of days to bring my car in. It's winter in WI so they were packed with wrecked cars but Bubba took his time to walk me through everything, even warning me that more damage might be found later (and it was). From there, Anthony took great care to keep me informed (the text updates were great) how things were progressing. The car came back ready on time and looks brand new! So grateful for the compassion and care that Anthony and Bubba gave me and my car! Fantastic service!

The reason for the 5 star rating is that Gerber had great service, communication/updates throughout the repair via texting, and finished in an adequate time. The car came back looking as if it was never damaged.
