Had to take my Cadillac in for some body work after getting hit by another car. I arrived 20mins early to the W Beltline location of gerber collision & glass for my appointment, and instead of having to wait, they processed everything right away and got me on my way. They did a nice job on the body work and painting. They got it done within a few days which was quicker than I expected. The people working there were nice and professional. Thank you for providing a good experience.

Excellent customer service and body repair. This is the third time that I have used Gerber's service and have always been impressed with the staff and quality of the body work. Someone keyed 3 side panels of my car - Gerber's body work is very high quality!

I had an incredible experience with Gerber. I was in an intersection collision that did quite a bit of damage to my very recently purchased hatchback. Everything was handled in an efficient, professional and respectful way from the claim to picking up my repaired car. Customer service was excellent, I was updated frequently about the status of my car, and my car was returned in brand new condition like nothing ever happened. Beyond pleased with my experience here.

Did a good job fixing up my car. Took longer then I initially had been quoted by Geico, but reception staff was very helpful when I called for updates. I wouldn't choose text updates because it wasn't very detailed and they weren't very reliable responsive. They also helped me get a discount on a rental car from Enterprise next door which was very helpful.
