great service! crew was very nice and kept me updated thoughout the service. they even finished up before the set date and let me know a head of time when it was ready. The new head light and bumper looks new. the fender was unbent and all painted. it looks seamless.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They kepted us update for everything to the point we never had to contact them. The body work on our few month old vehicle looks just like it did off the dealer lot. Can't stress enough how great and nice the staff was during a stressful situation.

I have had several vehicles in two months repaired and 3 of your locations and by far this time around it has been the best. Lisa knows her stuff and Shelley is on top of it. If I ever need anything, I know where to go. The key is don't rush the job, good things take time and let them do what they need to do so you get a good job. Thank you to all of them. Also, Dane the tech is the best and knows his repairs.

I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. I was in an auto accident where I got hit, and the other drivers insurance is contracted w/ this facility to have warranty for repair. They sent over all of my information and Gerber called me within a day to set up an appointment. They were able to work with my schedule, and got me in as soon as it worked for both of us and the claims adjuster for the insurance company. The lady at the Front Desk was very helpful, and my claims adjuster, Shelly was AMAZING!!!!! I got text messages 2x a week w/ status updates as well as phone calls & knew the status of my repairs as they were happening. When my car was complete, I picked it up and Shelly even showed me the photos of the progress during the repairs. I was amazed. She was very helpful, and even taught me a little bit about ... the parts of my car & what they were and do. I was so impressed! I would def recommend them to all of my friends & family! read more

I brought my car back after they had repaired it almost a year ago. When I went in and told them that I needed them to correct an item that was not to my satisfaction the manager came out looked at the car and immediately gave me a date to bring it in fix the problem. The General manage Scott was very nice and professional I really appreciate the out come and the manager was a gentleman aboout it all.
