I was updated on everything with the collision repair either with a call or text, i was very happy with that. I have been with them before and so far i wouldn't go anywhere else . I was very pleased with Gerber's repairs to our van. We were kept informed of progress and the work was done a little ahead of what I had anticipated. Everyone at the shop was friendly, and they were willing to bring in a specialist when one was needed to complete a glitch in the electrical system. The paint job was a great match and the trailer hitch actually looks better than the original.
