Gave 5 stars as all personnel were super and super idea sending emails to keep customer informed of progress was super - slight scratch on front bumper that was painted/installed and overspray on chrome; was able clean chrome and can live with spot.

Excellent service. I have unfortunately been to a collision place before. The process this time was so easy and they actually called and texted to let me know how the car was coming along. Plus the staff there was SUPERB! They remember you and little details so you feel like you're dealing with your friends and not just a regular staff who could care less. I am so pleased with my results!!

So much I can say about this location. Everyone was very friendly & concerned about my vehicle as if it was their car. Over eight days, I received email updates & phone calls from the reps at this location. You all put customer service back in the word customer service.
